Zainab Oluwadamilola Ajala is a talented artist from Lagos, Nigeria. Her journey in the world of art began at an early age, nurtured by her late father,who recognized her drawing abilities. He provided her with the necessary drawing materials and even enrolled her at Adeks creativity center, guiding her path as an artist. This commitment to her art eventually led her to the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-ife,where she pursued a degree in fine-art.
As an environmentalist, Zainab's artwork is dedicated to educating and raising awareness about the importance of maintaining a clean and conducive environment. Drawing her inspiration from a personal experience, she emphasizes the necessity of a green and clean environment. Her artistic style is a unique fusion of abstraction and realism, capturing both the real and unreal aspects of daily human activities. Zainab employs vibrant and captivating colours to convey her messages effectively. She favors the medium of 'Oil' and employs the 'Palette knife ' as her tool of choice, giving her the freedom to express herself through impasto techniques. She's an active Member of ' The seed of the True Vine' (TSTTV) an NGO led by Mr Opedun Oluwadamilola Moses who serves as her mentor in the art world.
Zainab's remarkable talent has taken her to various exhibitions,both within and outside Nigeria.
